your concerns and questions regarding the delivery of your VOD content. Requests
through the portal are acknowledged within 24 hours and provide a written and accountable
record for meeting your needs. Requests can be submitted through the portal by choosing
the
Issues page. However, we realize that there are times when
a human will offer you the best possible solution. Therefore, in addition to this
portal the CMC offers the following alternatives.
The
Operations Management Center (OMC) is the communications and
monitoring center for the Comcast Media Center. Our team of 24 x 7 technicians
continuously examines all signals that are originated and transmitted from our facilities
while using specialized equipment to identify and alarm us to outages or other anomalies.
